Meet Troy Tyrell – Your Personal Trainer
With over 20 years of experience, Troy Tyrell is a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. His approach combines gravity-based strength training, mobility work, and posture correction to create customized programs that cater to individual needs.
Troy's extensive background includes training with WABDL National powerlifting record holder Jody Cranston and studies in physio corrective techniques and postural analysis through EnerChanges and INFOFIT. This diverse expertise allows him to design workouts that are both challenging and safe, ensuring clients see results without risking injury
