This workout is great! I have scoliosis and the low impact workout is great for me. It's super challenging but Troy is able to modify the workouts to fit your needs/injuries. The gravity training workout at T Squared has been amazing for me to get back into fitness since I was injured in a cycling accident. I can get a great calorie burn without aggravating my hip injury! Troy is helpful and the machine adjusts to your ability. There are so many exercises in a session, but you don't need to run around a gym or wait for a machine. The gravity machines are so versatile - it's far more efficient than traditional personal training. A bonus is using the pool and/or hot tub after class.

Do I need to be pain-free to start injury rehab training?

No. Many of our clients begin training while still experiencing discomfort or limited range of motion. We design every session to work around pain points and progressively restore function without aggravating your condition.

I’ve just finished physiotherapy. Can I work with you next?

Yes. We specialize in bridging the gap between rehab and full-strength training. Once you're cleared by your physio or doctor, we can continue the recovery process by rebuilding stability, strength, and movement confidence.

What kinds of injuries do you help with?

We work with clients recovering from back pain, herniated discs, knee and hip surgery, rotator cuff injuries, mobility issues, and general deconditioning. If you're unsure, book a free consultation and we’ll assess your readiness and needs.

Is this the same as physical therapy?

No. TSquared Training does not replace a licensed physiotherapist. However, we often work alongside physiotherapy by helping clients safely transition into strength training once formal rehab ends.

Can you train me if I’ve had surgery?

Yes, as long as you’ve been cleared by your healthcare provider. We’ve helped many clients post-surgery regain strength and mobility in a gradual, structured way that respects surgical recovery timelines.

How often should I train during injury rehab?

Most clients begin with 1–2 sessions per week. Frequency is based on your condition, capacity, and how your body responds. We'll always prioritize healing and recovery speed over intensity or volume.
