What a Small Group Class Looks Like

You walk into our clean, private studio in downtown Vancouver. There are no crowds, just a small group of friendly faces and your trainer, ready with a customized plan.

You begin with a brief warmup, easing into movement. From there, you’ll move through a carefully structured sequence of exercises using gravity resistance equipment and bodyweight movements. Each one targets strength, stability, and mobility.

Throughout the session, Troy gives personal guidance - correcting your form, adjusting intensity, and ensuring every rep serves you. The pace is steady, controlled, and built to energize, not exhaust.
